We take great pride in all aspects of our products from formulation to manufacture, and we believe you will
see the quality we achieve through our hard work. However, if you have any issues with your product, we
will replace it or refund your purchase price. Please call or email within 30 days of your purchase to
request an RMA number. To receive an RMA, please email returns@pleinairlife.com and request an
RMA.
Please include the following information in your email requesting an RMA:
Your name, phone number and email address (in case we need to reach you)
Your pleinairlife.com invoice number
What items you would like to return
The address to which the package was shipped
Reason for return
Then ship the product in question to us and we will credit your account with the cost of the returned
products (does not include reimbursement for shipping costs).
We will accept returns only for products purchased directly from Plein Air Life (including from our direct
festival sales). If you purchased your product through an authorized retailer, please contact your retailer
for their return policy.
Shipping
Your order usually ships within 1 to 2 business days after you place your order. We don’t ship on
weekends or holidays. If you have a special circumstance, please note that in the comments in your order
or email our shipping department at shipping@pleinairlife.com with details, and we will do everything we
can to accommodate your needs.
We don’t ship to locations outside the United States.
Our standard method of shipping is free, and may be USPS, UPS or Fed-EX (at our discretion), but you
can select other methods at the time of your checkout.
Other shipping methods have fees that are based on the subtotal of your order:

$45 to $99.99 $20.00
$100 and over: $30.00
UPS Next Day Air®
Under $45: $30.00

whenever we can. Our shipping packaging may not win any beauty contests, but we'll always ship your
